Yesterday, I tried my hand at making Hungarian roasted chicken, and I'm excited to share the experience with you all. The key to this delicious dish is the paprika-spiced marinade that gives the chicken its unique flavor. The marinade consists of paprika, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper, which is generously rubbed onto the chicken before roasting. I roasted the chicken in the oven for about an hour and a half, basting it occasionally with the flavorful juices. The end result was a juicy, tender, and mouthwatering Hungarian roasted chicken that I can't wait to make again!
