Did you know that Mimolette melts very well ? Lucky we are, it’s orange too. That gives us two very good reasons to prepare delicious Mac and Cheese but, in Isigny’s way!
- 250g of penne or other pasta
- 50g of Isigny’s unsalted butter
- 1 garlic clove
- Crushed red pepper
- 50g of flour
- 40cl of milk
- 200g of Isigny’s Young Mimolette
- 50g of breadcrumb coating
_Preheat the oven at 400°F
_Cook the pasta
_Melt the butter with garlic, mustard and pepper in a saucepan. Add flower in the pan.
_Stir in very often to avoid lumps till the mix thickens.
_Add the grated Mimolette till it’s perfectly melted.
_Add the pasta and stir in.
_Put the preparation in a gratin dish and cover it with breadcrumb coating.
_Cook it for 30 min and serve it with salad.
